About One Quest, LLC

 

One Quest, LLC was formed in 2017 and based in Tampa, Bay, FL. One Quest is a Health Care Service provider licensed through APD (Agency for Persons with Disabilities) and the State of Florida to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The agency deals with all ages and provides a wide range of services including non-emergency transportation, Companionship,  Personal Care, and Residential Rehabilitation. Our mission to enrich the lives of our Individuals by delivering quality home and community-based integrative health services to all those we serve. We believe all individuals have a future in the real world of work, education, and living situations. individuals we serve have the ability to contribute to the success of their own lives in their work, their relationships and their living situations, we will respect that and provide the required support to assist them to reach their goals. Our staff will utilize the person-centered approach with all services we provide to maintain this respect. Individuals will be given choices and staff will respect those choices in delivering their services. This will be done to help the individual progress towards the achievement of their goal. Supports and services will be from the perspective of the individual being served, rather than from the One Quest LLC. perspectives.
